opener 2012

I did the opener for the filmnight at the Academy of Art and Design Offenbach again. This time together with Thomas Kneffel, Robin Keast and Jonatan Schwenk.

This time unfortunately without subtitles, but the most jokes wouldn't be funny in english

Process

The idea, nah maybe the whole story, was born on a trip to Annecy. Together with Robin I drew the storyboard. After two days shooting, we had another three days to finish everything. So we all worked together on the editing, color-correction and the sound design.

Some semi-interesting facts:

  1. Maria and Anja didn't drive the car, the only pretend to.
  2. A chicken plays a tiny role in the film.
  3. All bad jokes were created in morbid desperation.
  4. At a census of population in UK, in 2001 the jedi knights were listed as religious group.
